Fight Hair Loss.

According to the American Hair Loss Association, two-thirds of American men will experience some degree of hair loss, with 85% of men experiencing “significant thinning” by the age of 50.

Early on, it’s possible to slow down or even reverse hair loss. There are two drugs approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to treat hair loss: Minoxidil and Finasteride.

Our providers can help you decide which treatment would be better suited for you.

FAQ

Although there are several causes for hair loss, male pattern baldness (aka AGA or hereditary hair loss) accounts for the majority of hair loss in men. Male pattern baldness also occurs when longer, darker hairs that once grew on the scalp are replaced by thinner, shorter, less pigmented hairs due to dihydrotestosterone (DHT), a hormone derived from testosterone.

Finasteride and minoxidil typically take three to four months of daily use to start seeing visible changes, and up to a year to see the maximum results.

Consistent daily treatment makes it possible to maintain results and increase the chance of regrowth. While we can’t guarantee lifelong results, we’ll closely monitor and adjust your treatment plan as needed in order to maximize your hair growth.
